Assessment and treatment services are available for clients. Services may include: Initial Assessments, Home Assessments (Equipment Prescription), Driving Assessments, Pain Management Coaching, and necessary follow-up.
Our Occupational Therapists are approved to provide Case Management services under Lifetime Care and WorkCare. Our clients may have traumatic acquired brain injury and/or spinal injury from serious workplace injuries or motor vehicle accidents. We coordinate treament and necessary services so the client achieves their goals, whilts supporting the client and families involved.
Our Occupational Therapists are registered in the specialty area of Driving Assessments. Clients may have a disability or may have early signs of Dementia or Alzheimers requiring assesments and review. Our services extend to bus and truck assessments.
In the strive for independence, our Occupational Therapists provide clients with Home Assessments, to assess their functional capacity and participation in activitites of daily living. Outcomes detemine potentional equipment or service needs.
In the event there is conflict, we offer trained Mediators to resolve outstanding agreeements, tensions or miscommunications. This may be a workplace or personal matter.
Our Occupational Therapist have specialised training in assisting businesses to manage risk via inspections, system implementation and training. Services also extend to include Workplace Assessments and Ergonomic Reviews.
Our services include 1:1 Pain Management Coaching utilising the results driven Abilita Program. Measurable outcomes can be determined following participation in modules to improve sleep, reduce flare-ups and assist with upgrading activity.

Cherie Marantz is the Director of Outcome Health Services and principle consultant.
Since graduating as an Occupational Therapist in 1990, Cherie has predominately worked in the area of community based rehabilitation. Her areas of specialty include brain injury, spinal cord injury, dementia, musculoskeletal and psychological rehabilitation. Cherie has extensive experience in the public and private sector as both an Occupational Therapist and Case Manager. Cherie has specialised experience in driving assessments and training, and pain management ultilising the Abilita model. Cherie also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Science from 2003 and has provided companies assistance with risk management and training.
Cherie’s experience includes a period of working an Occupational Therapist in a specialist based services in Canada and England. Cherie has also held a casual Occupational Therapy teaching position at Western Sydney University and has presented at various conferences. Services have been provided under privately paying clients, NSW CTP, NSW Workers Compensation, Comcare, NSW Lifetime Care and Support Authority (LTCS) and WorkCare, Workcover QLD, Life Insurance, and NDIS. Cherie is a full member of Occupational Therapy Australia and has full registration status enabling her to practice Nationally as an Occupational Therapist. Cherie is committed to maintaining a high level of professional development to keep up to date with the latest research and ensure she is able to deliver a best practice approach for her clients.
